Erma Hayman House
Located on the corner of Ash and River Street, the Erma Hayman House is a historic home dedicated to preserving the legacy of Erma Hayman and the River Street Neighborhood’s historically Black and diverse communities. Presently, this cultural site serves as a gathering place for dialogue, reflection, and learning about Boise’s underrepresented histories. Through its’ programs, exhibitions, and events, visitors can explore this Boise neighborhood’s past and see how it relates to today’s conversations about community and belonging.
